I am the Suburban  Zoo Keeper.

I live in wine country and commute to work. I spend at least ten hours a week driving, sometimes more. Therefore my time is very precious and limited.  I am married to my husband Ron and I have two very entertaining monkeys. My daughter Nicole is two and a half, and my son Lucas is nine (although he thinks and tries to behave as if he’s at least sixteen).

My children provide endless hours of entertainment, frustration and delight. My blog is about my suburban homestead (aka the suburban zoo). It features funny occurrences that happen at the zoo, the surrounding areas and beyond. In my quest for super parent status I try everything I can to make life easier. I experiment on the animals (aka my children) with a series of social experiments, DIY, commercial products and recipes to see what really works for the modern family.

For those who have subscribed to my blog I would like to give a warm thanks. I am a writer in training at the University of Toronto Mississauga so you may see posts slightly edited and updated along with some new material. Please bare with me.

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions please don’t hesitate in contacting me.

Great post, I admire the writing style 🙂 A little off topic here but what theme are you using? Looks pretty cool.
